When you register for the masterclass we collect your full name, email address and WhatsApp number (including country code).

We also collect the answers you give in the registration steps: the option describing what you are looking for, the profile that best describes you, and the challenge you selected. This helps us prepare the session content.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, medical, diagnostic or clinical information about you or your child.

Your email address and WhatsApp number are used to send registration confirmation, joining details, reminders, preparation prompts, free resource delivery notices and schedule updates for the masterclass.

We may also send related educational communication about our work. You can opt out of promotional communication at any time while still receiving communication about a session you registered for.

We record basic, aggregated page-visit information (such as a randomly generated visitor identifier and the page viewed) to understand how many people view and register from this page.

This is used only to measure and improve the page. We do not use it to build advertising profiles about you.

You can unsubscribe from email communication using the link in any email, leave the WhatsApp reminder group at any time, or contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your registration details.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

We share information only with service providers that help us operate the registration, email and messaging systems, and only to the extent needed to deliver the communication described above.

Registration details are retained while they are needed for masterclass communication and our records, and deleted on request.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold. No online transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
